  B2C has developed for many years and has become a very stronge power in the e-commerce field. It also have many different kinds of forms to apear in the internet. such as the platform, most famous one is the ebay and it provide sellers all over the world with a place to sell. Ebay is the founder of B2C, of course, now there are many platforms like ebay in the world. While some people do not want to use the platform to sell their production, they want their own shop, it will make them not be limited by others. it is the online shop, online shop is also very popular in the world and it also have a very huge users.but nomatter what form do you use, you always face up with some dispute with the customers, it occurs in the both of platform and online shop.It is a very usual problem, but it always give sellers much troubles, for example , the paypal account is limited.So how to deal with the problem?

  The best way of solving the problem is to broadcast, you should look forward some problems which have possiblity of happening in the future.Then you can think of some ways about it in case of it will occur.Some buyers will say they have not receive the items and want you to give you refund. Sometimes you just call buyers to wait for longer time ,but some buyers do not want to wait and they want you to provide proof to prove the fact that you send items to them. You always can not ,especially you choose the post without registering, then you have to give buyers refund.some production is not very dear and you won't lose too much, such as the bags, LED flashlight, some won't, such as the gasoline engine.but if you take a photo of the parcel and send it to buyers, then they can see what does their items look like.then it is possible to let them wait longer time.at the same time, you should tell buyers the details in the contract,such as the product return,especially involved in the benefits of two sides,Then you can solve it with it when the dispute occurs,it can give you much helps and convenience.Please tell buyers and make them know it if some things should be paid attention, such as the color difference.It can make buyers think you are favorable to them .It will give them a good expression and shopping experience.

  Now i think you know the key point of it is the details, and your foreseeability.You should have a very clear cognition about the field. i just list some problems, actually it has many more than it and you should know how to deal with it, some problems are new to you. So you should know how to handle it , and you should know the key point that make your customers satisfied . it is very important to protect your benefits, but everything is bullshit compared to the customers.no customers, no profits.
